RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We at GrowingSteps strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at email@example.com
Please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you return the products to us for us to be able to process your return request.

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The exchange will be made, free of cost only if there is an issue with the design or the product is damaged
Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
All orders that come in on a normal working day between Monday to Saturday before 11:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 10:00 AM, Sundays or Public holidays are shipped out on the next working day.
If you want to cancel your order, please send us a mail at email@example.com latest by 12:00 PM and we will guide you through the process.
Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed to GrowingSteps wallet within 3 working days.
